Lucknow: A diverse pool of speakers gave success mantras at the TEDx Lucknow held at the Jaipuria Institute of Management on Friday. The event, themed ‘Create with Courage', brought together a variety of voices to inspire attendees with stories of resilience, vision and determination. The event served as a platform for thought leaders, achievers and influencers to share their experiences and insights, offering a roadmap to overcome challenges and achieve success. The theme underscored the significance of courage as not just a momentary emotion but a lifelong practice that empowers individuals to push boundaries, embrace failures and innovate with confidence.Filmmaker and actor Rahul Mittra said, "Courage is not just an emotion, it's a driving force that enables us to confront fear and move forward. It doesn't just live in us but gives us the strength to overcome any challenge. Courage is the key to success, a force that empowers us to rise after every fall, to face the unknown with determination, and to push past the limits we set for ourselves. It teaches us to embrace failure as a lesson and turn every setback into a comeback."Municipal commissioner Inderjit Singh said, "Character is the biggest ornament one can wear. Our value system and knowledge equip us to face life's challenges with courage and resilience. Character can define you and answering the ‘why' of your life is crucial. Our value systems, combined with knowledge, act as guiding lights when facing challenges. Human values are the foundation upon which success is built."The event also featured inspiring talks by fitness icon Bindiya Sharma, poet and lyricist Aalok Shrivastav and Femina Miss India, actor and influencer Pankhuri Gidwani. Each speaker shared their unique success mantra, emphasising mental resilience, relentless pursuit of dreams and the importance of embracing failures while celebrating small victories.The event celebrated courage as a universal tool for overcoming adversity, leaving attendees motivated to create, innovate and move forward fearlessly.
