Lucknow: Chief minister
Yogi Adityanath on Monday asked officials to resolve public issues with sensitivity and made it clear that no laxity will be tolerated.
At the Janata Darshan held at his Lucknow residence, he personally interacted with people and heard their grievances.
Regarding complaints related to revenue and police matters, he said no negligence would be tolerated and that the issues must be resolved within the stipulated time, with proper communication to the affected individuals.
The CM asked some of the petitioners whether they had approached officials in their respective districts with their grievances before heading for Lucknow and was informed that they had not.
He then advised them not to endure unnecessary hardship in the intense heat and directed them to approach officials in their respective districts first, assuring that their concerns would be heard and appropriately addressed.
He also appealed to everyone to take care of their health during the hot weather.
