City-based physician feted in London

Lucknow: City-based physician Dr PK Shukla, was honored for his outstanding medical services and research work, at the national holistic conference held at the House of Parliament in London on April 10. Among 150 selected experts from around the world, Dr Shukla presented his research-oriented case on autoimmune diseases, which impressed the global audience and received appreciation from specialists worldwide.

At the event, British MPs Lord Krishna Rawal and Shivani Raja presented Dr Shukla with a certificate of appreciation. His achievement is not only the result of years of hard work and dedication but has also brought pride to Uttar Pradesh, especially Lucknow, on the international stage. This accomplishment has created a wave of joy among the local medical community and citizens.

Dr Shukla has been running Maruti Homeopathic Clinic for the past three and a half decades, providing excellent services to numerous patients.

Dr Shukla was also honoured at an event held at the Natural History Museum in London for his research on arthritis and antiviral drugs. He was felicitated by Alastair Cook, Eoin Morgan, and Stuart Broad, captains of England’ cricket team at different times.
