Lucknow: By next month, passengers coming to North Eastern Railway junction will get the facilities of air conditioned VIP waiting lounge, waiting rooms, modern toilets and bathrooms.

said the work is underway and is expected to be completed by month-end.
These amenities are coming up near platform number six. The two AC lounges have attached toilets while there are three non-AC waiting rooms as well. Separate deluxe toilets and bathrooms are also being constructed. Use of the deluxe toilet will be chargeable while others will be free of cost, said officials.

"Families with kids had a tough time for want of toilets on platforms. So deluxe toilets are more than welcome," said
