Lucknow: A retired Army man lodged a case against the manager of a car showroom and a sales executive for criminal breach of trust at SGPGI police station area.
The complainant, Shayam Narayan Dwivedi of Kharika in Telibagh said he had booked a car at a showroom in Telibagh on January 17 by making a down-payment of Rs 3.89 lakh.
