Army man lodged a case against the manager of a car showroom and a sales executive for criminal breach of trust at SGPGI police station area.
The complainant, Shayam Narayan Dwivedi of Kharika in Telibagh said he had booked a car at a showroom in Telibagh on January 17 by making a down-payment of Rs 3.89 lakh.
Dwivedi said he was given a receipt for Rs 1.204 lakh only. “The cheques of the remaining sum were transferred to different bank accounts by manager

and other employees. They kept me in the dark saying a loan was being sanctioned to him for purchasing the car and over Rs 2.77 lakh was being deposited against the loan. They tricked me, put my signature on the paper and defrauded the money from me,” he alleged.
