Lucknow Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Cancer Institute will run a campaign to detect women with breast cancer on its campus and in nearby districts. A network of district hospitals and community health centres will be established to address the first seminar under this campaign on Friday. Director Prof. R.K. Dhiman who also holds the additional charge of KSSCI said cases of breast cancer are increasing rapidly so early detection is necessary. Personnel posted at nearby district hospitals and community health centres will be trained to screen and detect women with breast cancer in early stage.
