Candidate held using Bluetooth in RPF SI exam
Lucknow: A candidate was caught in the second shift of the Ralway Protection Force (RPF) sub-inspector (SI) exam on Monday at UV Online Solution in Gomtinagar Extension. The candidate reached the examination centre with a Bluetooth device. The centre in-charge caught him and lodged an FIR with the Gomtinagar Extension police station. He was later sent to jail. Centre in-charge Ashish Singh told the police that during the second shift of the examination, conduted by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) on Monday, invigilator Jyoti Gupta found a candidate, identified as Akash, using a Bluetooth device. She immediately informed railway officials about it. Akash, a resident of Rajan Nagla, Farrukhabad, was handed over to the police. According to Gomtinagar Vistar Police, a Bluetooth device was found with a youth named Akash during the examination. An FIR was lodged on the complaint of the centre in-charge and the matter is being investigated. It is being ascertained whether the youth caught is a member of the solver gang or was trying to cheat with someone's help.
