‘BJP is organisation-driven party, not centred on dynasty’

Lucknow: UP BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary has laid out the party's roadmap for the 2027 Assembly elections with focus on organisational strength, inclusive development, and coordinated governance as the pillars of the BJP strategy.Speaking at a conclave organised in his parliamentary constituency Maharajganj on Sunday, Chaudhary stressed that BJP remains an organisation-driven party rather than one centred on dynasty, caste or individuals.
Expressing gratitude to the party's national leadership for entrusting him with the responsibility of leading UP, Chaudhary said the organisation's collective effort forms the backbone of governance."The organisation is supreme and govts are formed through the dedication and hard work of workers," Chaudhary said, reiterating the party's guiding principle of inclusivity.He maintained that ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' was not merely a slogan but a governing philosophy that reflects the BJP's commitment to representing all sections of society.On candidate selection, he clarified that ticket distribution in the BJP follows a collective decision-making process. "No single individual decides. It involves thorough review, meetings and deliberations," he said.Taking a swipe at opposition parties, Chaudhary alleged that outfits rooted in dynastic politics cannot genuinely advocate social justice. He noted that alliances among opposition parties in previous elections were already tested by voters.Highlighting coordination between the party organisation and the govt, he described them as "2 sides of the same coin", asserting that the organisation communicates public concerns to the govt while also ensuring the delivery of welfare schemes to households. This synergy, he said, would further accelerate the pace of the "double-engine govt".Chaudhary said the Modi govt over the past 11 years focused on Antyodaya, prioritising the uplift of the most marginalised communities. He said sustained investments in infrastructure, welfare initiatives, and economic strengthening enhanced India's global standing.This year's Union Budget, he said, aligns with the broader goal of achieving Viksit Bharat by 2047.Referring to law and order in Uttar Pradesh, he claimed that the state is now more secure and reliable than before, contributing to increased investment, industrial growth and employment generation.Thanking the people of Maharajganj for their support, Chaudhary said his political journey from a grassroots worker to his current position reflects public trust and organisational discipline. He pointed to development changes in the region from 1991 to 2026 as evidence of sustained progress.Chaudhary expressed confidence that the strength of the party organisation, the enthusiasm of workers and the continued trust of the people would secure the BJP a decisive third consecutive term in Uttar Pradesh in 2027.
