Lucknow: Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University on Tuesday announced the results of CNET examinations for BSc (nursing and post basic nursing), and MSc (nursing) held on May 21.
Out of 1,17,053 candidates who appeared for BSc Nursing Entrance Test 2025, a total of 71,178 candidates have qualified for counselling. Rehman Husain from Etawah topped the examination followed by Alolika Kundu and Ashutosh Tiwari from Lucknow. An impressive 65% of the top 100 positions were occupied by girls while eight out of top ten positions were bagged by male candidates.
Riya Gupta from Jalaun topped in post basic nursing exam while Priyanka Singh from Lucknow scored highest marks in MSc nursing exam.
Candidates may check their individual results on the official website of the university through their CNET login. The counselling of CNET 2025 qualified candidates of BSc (nursing) will start from June 2.
Vice-chancellor Prof Sanjeev Misra said, "We are extremely proud of the dedication and hard work demonstrated by the candidates. This year's results reflect the high standards maintained during the examination process and the quality of nursing professionals the university is committed to nurture.
Around 4,000 candidates from outside Uttar Pradesh had registered for CNET-2025 examination."
