For the fifth time in the last 10 days, Prayagraj was the hottest city in India with the maximum temperature of 47.6 degrees Celsius. The city had recorded 46.9 degrees Celsius on June 14.

The maximum and minimum temperatures in Lucknow on Monday are expected to be around 45 and 32 degrees Celsius, respectively.
