Samir Singh

alias Sonu in connection with woman journalist molestation case.
The court also sent Samir to jail under fourteen days' judicial custody . As he was produced in the court , a bat tery of lawyers reached there to press for his bail plea. The judge , however, turned down each arguments of the defense and said that it said that it was a serious offence. The investigating officer had leveled section 354, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC and
