Amarmani's remand extended

LUCKNOW: Judicial magistrate Digvijai Nath on Thursday extended judicial remand of former minister Amarmani Tripathi till November 25.
He was produced from district jail, Lucknow before the judicial magistrate as special judicial magistrate CBI Ram Murti Yadav was on leave.
Other co-accused in the Madhumita case like Rohit Chaturvedi is under police remand for interrogation till November 19, Santosh Kumar Rai alias Satya Prakash till November 20 and Prakash Chandra Pandey till November 22.
Earlier, the special CBI court had directed for medical examination of Amarmani by a medical board. According to the report, he was found fit.
