Officials have been given instructions to provide quick mobility and transportation options to ferry the visitors in and out of the mela city. About 1,000 buses are going to be deployed and 12 makeshift bus stands will be established to take the pilgrims around.
Apart from pontoon bridges to facilitate the movement of the large gathering over the river channels, a ropeway is also expected to be available for providing quick mobility to people from the Sangam area to Naini and other parts of the city.
