NEW DELHI: At least 14 kanwariyas were injured when their truck overturned near Satheri village in Muzaffarnagar on Saturday morning.
Police said that the accident occurred due to a burst tyre.
"The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital," said Circle Officer (crime) Ramashish Yadav.
The kanwariyas were traveling from Agra to Haridwar to collect water from the Ganga.
The incident took place early in the morning, causing the vehicle to overturn after the tyre burst.
