Police to seek custody of accused in sex abuse case

KOZHIKODE: The Chevayoor police will seek the custody of the accused in the kidnapping of two inmates of Government Children's Home for Girls. The girls were kidnapped by a three member gang on October 4.
The accused M P Noushad (29), Mohammed Shafi (24) and K Shihab (24) were arrested by the police from Muzhangadi Mala near Kadampuzha in Malappuram district.

The case is being investigated by Inspector of Chevayoor Circle K K Biju.
The police will seek the custody of the accused to probe whether the accused have links with any sex rackets. The police will move the custody application in two days.
