When Jamsteady turned metal land
It was a rocking gig when bands What Escapes Me and Goddess Gagged performed for the city's music lovers at Jamsteady recently. First up on stage was What Escapes Me who specialise in the metal genre and rendered their original compositions. They opened their playlist with Rosemary’s baby, followed by Fine lines, Dreamer, Modern machines and Handmade waterfalls.

Up next was the band Goddess Gagged. Everyone was was looking forward to their act and welcomed them with a loud cheer. They put up a stellar performance and presented numbers like Sink or swim, Elation, Visionary and Preliminary.
Kheya Chattopadhyay, a reveller who was seen enjoying with her friends, said, “What Escapes Me has always been a favourite of Kolkata metalheads. And Goddess Gagged kept the energy alive with their equally engaging performance. So, it was immensely a power-packed night of honest music.”
