State govt dissolves Contai municipality
Kolkata: The state govt has dissolved the Contai Municipality board to end a prolonged administrative stalemate and ensure uninterrupted civic services. Contai SDO Pratik Ashok Dumal has been appointed administrator until a new board is formed. The notification reached his office on Friday.
