The West Bengal Medical Council has sought to know from the RG Kar principal if PGT Kinjal Nanda had taken an NOC to act in films and ads. It has also asked if Nanda maintains 80% attendance at the hospital and his remuneration. Nanda said, "I have not seen any letter... But this comes as no surprise to me." tnn
