Madhyamik results next week: Bratya

Kolkata: Madhyamik results are likely to be published next week, said state education minister Bratya Basu on Tuesday. The minister said the results were almost ready and students could expect their results to be published within 10 days. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education conducted Madhyamik examinations from February 23 to March 4. This year 6.9 lakh students had appeared for the exams. Meanwhile, a notice that went viral on social media claiming that higher secondary results would be published on May 25 was declared fake by the HS Council. Council president Chiranjib Bhattacharya said he would lodge a police complaint on the matter.
