JMB probe: NIA shares docus with KP
Kolkata: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) was handed over some important documents by the special task force of Kolkata Police on Monday in connection with the probe into a Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh terror module that has been operating from Haridevpur in southwest Kolkata.
The STF said the sharing of information from the probe would continue.

“Our probe was in an advanced stage, though the chargesheet might have taken longer time. We will be sharing all our inputs with them,” said a senior officer of the STF at Lalbazar. NIA, in pursuance of an order by the home ministry, has re-registered the case under IPC sections 121, 121A, 122, 123, 124A, 125 and 120B IPC and Section 14A (b) Foreigner Act 2. This case relates to three Bangladeshi nationals — Pavel (22), Mikail Khan alias Sk Sabbir (30) and Rabiul Islam (22) — and an Indian national, Lalu Sen (38), who had illegally entered India and are the members of a terrorist organization.
