CBI probe into her husband’s death. The Congress councillor was shot at by unidentified people and he died of his injuries a day later.
Purnima Kandu moved the high court nine days after her husband’s death, alleging that there was no progress in police investigations. Justice Rajasekhar Mantha admitted the petition and is likely to hear the matter on Monday.
