Kolkata: Jamshedpur FC and Mumbai City FC will fight each other to determine who will represent India directly in AFC Champions League group stage. The match between the ISL Shield winners will take place in Kerala on April 4. The 2021-22 I-League winners Gokulam Kerala will face Super Cup champions with an AFC Cup group stage place up for grabs. If the team earning the ACL berth also ends up winning the Super Cup, Gokulam Kerala will get the AFC Cup spot automatically. ISL’s reigning champions Hyderabad FC and this season’s winners (either ATKMB or Bengaluru) will fight for a place in the AFC Cup preliminary round. tnn
