ED summons Moloy in coal case

Kolkata: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday summoned state law minister Moloy Ghatak in connection with an illegal coal mining case.
He has been asked to appear at the agency's office on March 29. The ED had earlier questioned Ghatak in connection to the case. In September last year, ED officials searched his residences in Kolkata and Asansol."I have not received any notice from them," Ghatak said. Ghatak’s personal assistant Shankar Chakraborty has also been summoned to appear before ED officials on March 23. tnn
