Congress Nabanna march today

KOLKATA: Police on Monday said they are deploying more personnel on the streets to counter the Nabanna march by the state Congress on Tuesday. Due to alleged infighting in state Congress, several senior leaders may stay away from the agitation. Earlier, chaos prevailed during the Left Front-called Nabanna march on August 27.
The rallyists will gather at Howrah station, Santragachi and Rani Rashmoni Avenue, from where they will march towards Nabanna.State Congress chief Adhir Chowdhury said they had to submit a memorendum to the DGP. “Strangely, he called me up today to say that his office is located at Bhawani Bhawan and not Nabanna,” Chowdhury said.
