According to sources, Pintu was on the radar of the CID officials for past one month after he started procuring girls from across the state. Pintu allegedly lured them with job promise and slowly pushed them into flesh trade. While Pintu looked after the procurement part Suvendu took care of the customers. Sources said that over the years Pintu has developed a strong network in states like Mumbai Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
