SDPO Subrata Deb and five ‘closed’ cops on Saturday in connection with the murder case, reports Rohit Khanna.
Besides the SDPO and the five cops, CBI investigators also plan to question Jhalda IC Sanjib Ghosh, the first person named as accused by the councillor’s widow, Purnima Kandu, in her complaint. She accused Ghosh of “mounting pressure” on the four-time Congress councillor to join TMC.
