Bangladeshi nationals held red-handed while getting fake aadhaar cards
KOLKATA: Six Bangladeshi nationals were caught red handed on Sunday night while they were getting fake Aadhaar cards with Indian credentials from an agent at Baguiati.
Police said the six Bangladeshi nationals – Santosh Mirdha, Paresh Mirdha, Jogesh Mirdha, Jyoti Baidya, Subrata Kundu and Rajan Mondal – were residents of Khulna in Bangladesh and had trespassed into India without any valid passport.

Police are questioning them to find out the reason why they had come to India.
Police said on Sunday, based on a tip off, they raided the house of Sanjeev Sarkar at Jagatpur in Baguiati and found the agent Subrata Vyapari making their fake id cards. Police have arrested all nine persons including one Dipankar Mondal, a broker who had allegedly brought the six Bangladeshi nationals to Vyapari. Police have seized Vyapari’s laptop and the mobile phones of all the nine persons.
