ATKMB rope in Oz striker, Roy joins BFC

Kolkata: ATK Mohun Bagan on Monday announced the signing of Australian striker Dimitrios Petratos to strengthen their forward line as they aim to fill the void left behind by the departure of Roy Krishna and David Williams.
Krishna, who had been playing for the city side since 2019, has decided to begin his new journey in Indian domestic football after joining former ISL champions Bengaluru FC.He signed a two-year deal with the ex-ISL champions.
Petratos, who played for Australia at the 2018 World Cup, have also had the experience of playing in Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Malaysia.
Petratos is ATKMB’s third foreign signings of the summer after Brendan Hamill and Florentin Pogba. tnn
