The day’s feature event of the afternoon is the RWITC Cup to be run over a scurry and has eight contestants in the fray. It is a straight contest between the Madras import Anastasia and Full Volume who is eyeing a hat-trick of wins.D’pesh Narredu-trained Anastasia gets the first call. The four-year-old daughter of Cleminti has worked well and should sprint away in the hands of Trevor Patel.

They have further decided to postpone the Madras races scheduled for November 17 to November 23 (Wednesday). Accordingly, Inter-State betting will be conducted at the Kolkata race course on both days.
