2 held for gang rape of 15-yr-old in West Bengal

KOLKATA: A 15-year-old girl, reportedly hailing from Bangladesh, was allegedly gang-raped by two men in the Maheshtala area. Both the accused - Amin Ali Molla, a photographer, and his friend, Sk Bapi - have been arrested. Cops said that sections pertaining to the stringent POCSO have been slapped against them, along with charges under IPC.

According to police, the minor had arrived in South 24 Parganas after crossing the Gede border. She had come looking for some shelter and employment at the residence of one of her acquaintances. tnn
