Two killed in road accident

Kolhapur: Two persons were when the driver of the car they were travelling in lost control of the vehicle causing it to crash into a tree and overturn near Talandage phata in Pattankodoli of Hatkanangle taluka on Sunday night. The deceased have been identified as Abhijeet Ajit Patil, 28, a resident of Jaysingpur, and Sandip Vasant Koravi, 20, a resident of Shedshal village
According to the police, Patil owns a factory in Jaysingpur and Koravi works as supervisor. On Sunday, they had gone to Kolhapur were on their way to Hupari when the mishap took place. They were passing a small bridge followed by a sharp turn when the driver lost control of the vehicle and the car crashed into a tree. Patil and Koravi were flung out of the car. They were found dead at the spot.
