Kiran Doshi new Kolhapur Medical Association president

KOLHAPUR: City-based orthopaedic surgeon Kiran Doshi has been elected the new president of Kolhapur Medical Association for 2023-24. A meeting of the association’s executive body was held on Sunday in presence of Yashwant Thorat, a renowned economist. Outgoing president Geeta Pillai announced the name of the new president and welcomed him to assume the chair.
Renowned cancer surgeon Suraj Pawar will be the honorary secretary of the body along with Sheetal Desai as the treasurer.Pillai will chair the vice-president's post as per the informal convention.
