Kamal Kumar Kataria said, “Efforts are going on to get a morning slot at the Mumbai airport. The Kolhapur-Mumbai flight, which is scheduled every alternate day, needs to be made a routine flight as the count of passengers is high. We are already in talks with the flight operator. The service has got streamlined now and routine service will also be started soon.”
The work of runway extension and night landing facility will get completed by the month of June this year. Parking facility is also being made where two ATR flights and one Boeing plane can be parked, added
