‘Set up nat’l body to check price rise’

Kochi: Justice K Surendra Mohan, president of the state consumer disputes redressal commission said that a national authority should be formed to monitor and manage huge price hikes which disrupt the lives of consumers.He was speaking after inaugurating a national consumer workshop organized for college students jointly by the department of food and public distribution and consumer affairs and Sacred Heart College as part of National Consumer Day celebrations on the college campus on Thursday.
