after promising a job in Canada.
According to the complainant, the accused was running a recruitment agency named V-Trust Overseas Emigration Consultants at Kathrikkadavu in 2015.
Abi failed to pay back the money taken from Biju.
According to police, the accused was involved in cheating several others in similar fashion.
