, who is currently the special grade principal of Victoria College, will be the new principal of Maharaja's College.

The higher education department issued an order regarding the transfer on Monday.

The transfer comes nearly a month after a controversy kicked off in connection with the alleged illegal attempt to remove wood of fallen trees from the campus.
