Infopark all set for Onam celebrations

Kochi: Infopark is set for Onam celebrations as two major IT employees’ organizations – Progressive Techies and Pradhidhwani – have decided to organize various Onam programmes on the campus. Progressive Techies plans to organize ‘Onam Mass Onam’ for techies on August 23. Competitions such as ‘Onapookalam’, ‘Malayalimanka’, ‘Purusha Kesari’, ‘Onappattu’, tug-of-war would be held. Winner of tug-of-war competition will get Rs 15,000 and trophy and the runner-up will get Rs 7,500. The second runner-up will get Rs 5,000. Pradhidhwani would also organize a tug-of-war competition under the title ‘TugOnam’ for IT employees. The programme would be held at the parking lot of Thapasya Infopark at 2pm on August 22.This is the first time Pradhidhwani has undertaken an Onam celebration programme inside Infopark.
