Inauguration of 10th grade & higher secondary equivalency classes today

Kochi: District-level inauguration of this year's 10th grade (batch 18) 2024-25 and higher secondary (batch 8) 2024-26 equivalency classes will be held by district panchayat president Manoj Moothedan at Perumbavoor GGHSS at 11am on Sunday. The event will be chaired by Perumbavoor municipality chairman Paul Pathickal.Participants include Koovappady block panchayat president Ajith Kumar, Vazhakulam block panchayat president K M Anwar Ali, Vengola panchayat president Shihab, Rayamangalam panchayat president N P Ajayakumar, Perumbavoor municipality vice-chairperson Salida Siyad and district panchayat members Sharada Mohan, Shaimy Varghese and Nasser P M, along with councillor Zakir Hussain.Students who achieved excellent results in the 10th grade and higher secondary equivalency exams, as well as 21-year-old Tina Tamula, who took the 10th-grade equivalency exam from Assam this year, will be honoured.
