Cusat film fest concludes

Kochi: The first edition of the Cochin University Film Festival (CFF), organized by the Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat), concluded at the university on Thursday. Around 70 short films from seven languages including Sanskrit and English were screened during the three-day festival.
Filmmaker Ashiq Abu inaugurated the valedictory event.The winners were announced by filmmakers Jeo Baby and Phantom Praveen. While ‘Night Call’ emerged the as best film, ‘Veetilek’ was selected the second-best film. Best director is Sonu T P (Night Call). tnn
