Kottayam: NCP's MLA Thomas K Thomas cited ‘samaya dosham' as the reason for his not becoming a minister.

Thomas Chandy on Friday, Thomas said that NCP central leadership is discussing changing the minister. He added that the chief minister had nothing against him. CM asked me to inform him about NCP's decision, said Thomas.
The agreement within NCP was to share the ministership for 2.5 years each, said Thomas. He added that he had no information about the alleged discussions between CPM's Prakash Karat and NCP supremo Sharad Pawar. Most reports in the media regarding this are not true, he said.
"The decision of NCP national leadership has not yet come. Had Thomas Chandy been alive, he would not have been ignored so much," said Thomas. He had all the freedom to meet the CM whenever he went to meet him, he added.
