Bineesh moved to Parappana Agrahara prison

Bengaluru: Bineesh Kodiyeri, son of CPM Kerala state committee secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, who was arrested in a money laundering case with links to a drug peddling racket is now an under trial prisoner (UTP-number 8498) at Parappana Agrahara prison complex in Bengaluru.
Bineesh, who was remanded in judicial custody by a special court on Wednesday, was then taken to the prison hospital, where he underwent different tests including Covid-19.Later on Thursday evening, he is likely to be shifted to an empty cell where he will be quarantined.
