4 held with over 3kg of ganja

Kochi: In a major ganja seizure, Ernakulam Rural police on Saturday arrested four youths with three-and-a-half kilogram of ganja.The arrested persons were identified as Navaneeth, 26, Akhil, 32, Shiju, 32, and Lijith, 25. According to police, the accused were active in ganja peddling. Shiju was arrested with 5kg of ganja in 2016 while Navaneeth was arrested by excise with narcotic substances in 2019. tnn
