Kanpur: UP South and West defeated their rival teams in the state-level physically handicapped cricket tournament held at the HAL ground on Monday. UP South, in the first match, outplayed East by 1 wicket and in the second match UP West outplayed North by 92 runs. Earlier SN Singh, KCA president inaugurated the tournament.
Archery, kabaddi, volleyball,
badminton table tennis and chess events of the physically challenged persons would be held on Tuesday, said Mahendra Pratap Singh.
