Take steps to wipe out terrorism, says Khurshid
KANPUR: Former Union minister Salman Khurshid said the whole world is grappling with the scourge of terrorism and its dangerous consequences.
"As far as Pulwama incident is concerned, the government will now have to take concrete step as mere dialogue with the neighbouring country is of no use. Not only India, there are many other countries across the world that are grappling with the scourge of terrorism. India should hold dialogue with the terror-affected countries and come up with a concrete step to counter terrorism here," Khurshid said further while speaking to mediapersons at
He said that his party had already expressed solidarity with the present regime to counter terrorism.
"Our party had already cleared its stand on Pulwama incident. We are with the Centre for whatever step it initiates to counter terrorism," Khurshid said.
"Only paying condolence to martyrs is not enough, the government should come up with a practical approach to wipe out terrorism from the country which will be a true tribute to the martyrs of Pulwama."
