Swami Vivekanand’s statue unveiled at NSI

Kanpur: Statue of Swami Vivekanand was unveiled on Tuesday at National Sugar Institute, Kanpur by Swami Atmashradhanand, Ramkrishna Mission Ashram, Kanpur. Teachings of Swami Vivekananda have also been displayed around the statue to spread them among the students and staff.
“Every student should study his books on ‘Karma Yoga’ and ‘How to become Leader’ for stress-free and successful life. In this materialistic world, the philosophy and teachings of Swami Vivekananda have become all the more important,” said Swami Atmashradhananda.
A man is not poor without a rupee but a man is really poor without a dream and ambition, he said quoting Swami Vivekananda. He called upon the younger generation and students in particular to study the vision depicted by Swami Vivekananda Vivekananda and adopt his principle wherein he linked morality with control of the mind, seeing truth, purity and unselfishness.
