South Gymkhana to clash with Adarsh Club in T-20 cricket

Kanpur: South Gymkhana will clash with Adarsh Club in the final of the first late Sanjay Dixit and late Sushil Chandra Awasthi memorial T-20 cricket tournmanent's final schedule to be held at the BBA ground (Ganga barrage) on April 23.
South Gymkhana in the first semi-final outplayed host Kherapati Club by 34 runs at the Kanpur South ground on Friday.South Gymkhana, batting first, posted 4 for 176 in the stipulated 20 overs. Thereafter they wrapped the innings of Kherapati Club on 142 runs in 19.3 overs.
In the second semi-final, Adarsh Club drubbed the challenge of BL Club by 7 wickets. BL Club, putting into bat, scored 6 for 136 in 20 overs. Adarsh Club hit the required 138 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 16 overs.
