RSS chief attends pre-wedding ceremony in Kanpur

Kanpur: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat attended a pre-wedding ceremony in Azad Nagar area on Thursday. The bride, Vasundhara, is granddaughter of Virendrajeet Singh, former regional Sanghchalak of the Sangh and daughter of senior social worker and chartered accountant Neetu Singh. Vasundhara will marry Yash on Jun 21.Bhagwat arrived with Z-Plus security arrangements and made an exit from platform number 2 in an e-cart. Several VIPs were present at the ceremony, including Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana, state ministers Suryapratap Shahi and Yogendra Upadhyay, as well as minister Bhupendra Chaudhary.Neetu Singh’s family has a long-standing association with the Sangh. Bhagwat departed for New Delhi by Shatabdi Express.
