Raj Bahadur was pervert: Police

KANPUR: Raj Bahadur (25), who was arrested for the murder of the 12-year-old girl in Damodar Nagar, was of a "pervert" nature, the police said soon after his arrest. "Raj Bahadur is suffering from obsessive disorder. Some of his earlier acts in which he was found making advances at girls and women of the locality showed his pervert nature and maniacal obsession," the police said.
Raj Bahadur, unmarried, was arrested late on Wednesday night and after several hours of intense questioning by police.According to the police, he has confessed to rape and murder of Puja. Bahadur was also reprimanded on several occasions by residents of the area when he was caught peeping inside bathrooms.
