KANPUR: The president of National Women's Commission (NWC), Girija Vyas, will visit Kanpur on Monday to look into the probe of Divya murder case. It is being said that Vyas is not satisfied with the report sent by the state government.
A representative to Sriprakash Jaiswal, Union coal minister, Arun Dwivedi said that Vyas has constituted a three-member committee to look into the matter.
Social activist Arti Dixit and advocate are two members of the committee.
Dwivedi said that the Union coal minister had apprised Girija Vyas about the Divya murder case.
In return, she had summoned a report from the state government. But she was not satisfied with the report so she had decided to look into the matter herself.
