Mega e-auction for commercial plots

Kanpur: The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is playing a crucial role in realising the vision of making Uttar Pradesh a USD 1 trillion economy. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the UPSIDA is continuously working to accelerate industrialisation and creating an investor-friendly environment through rapid development of industrial areas, creation of high-quality infrastructure, allocation of plots via a transparent e-auction system, and establishment of state-of-the-art warehousing and commercial facilities.
In the same context, UPSIDA is organising a Mega E-Auction of commercial and industrial plots across various industrial areas of the state including Mathura, Amethi, Sambhal, Jhansi, Jalaun, Shahjahanpur, Hamirpur, Lucknow, Hapur, Gautam Buddh Nagar, and Fatehpur.In addition, commercial plots are available for facilities like banquet halls, clubs, community centres, hospitals, nursing homes, offices/BPO, senior secondary schools and weighbridges in Unnao, nursery schools (Unnao, Amethi, and Hardoi), working women's hostel (Unnao), workshop/service station (Amethi), hotel (Prayagraj and Unnao), primary schools (Barabanki, Hardoi, and Unnao), group housing (Barabanki, Hamirpur, and Unnao), high school (Hardoi), dispensary (Amethi), multiplex (Prayagraj), warehousing (Barabanki, Auraiya, and Prayagraj), petrol/CNG filling station with service station (Prayagraj and Unnao), and multi-purpose hall/marriage hall/banquet halls in Unnao.The e-auction process has been designed to be fully transparent and simple for investors. Registration and downloading of documents started from Feb 13 and the last date for submission of the catalogue, processing fee, and EMD is Feb 23. The last date for uploading online documents is Feb 24 while online e-bidding will be conducted on Feb 27.Interested investors can visit UPSIDA's official e-auction portal https://upsida.project247.in for detailed information. Applications for allotment of industrial plots are also available on ‘Nivesh Mitra' portal. The e-auction would provide the investors an opportunity to acquire industrial plots to further boost industrial activities in the state.
